Wyrd House update, and writing news

The fifth chapter of Wyrd House, my paranormal romance novel, is completed and posted. You can find it here: Wyrd House- Chapter Five

I have been a busy little writer. My post apocalyptic short story, Winter, has been tweaked and the final draft has been sent to Das Krakenhaus Publishing. I am very much hoping that they will accept it for their book of short stories, It’s the End of the World as We Know It. Subbmissons are still being accepted until February 1st, if anyone wants to submit a story. Details can be found on site.

I also wrote a 1000 word story called Descending, which has been entered in J. E. Fishman’s The 1000 Word Cliffhanger Project. The deadline for that contest has been extended to February 15th, so there’s still time for my fellow writers to enter.

Query letters for my paranormal mystery, Ghost in the Park, are still on hold. I still want to try to get my ducks in a row before I burn through the entire list of agents that I want to query. If Winter is accepted, then I plan to send out the second wave soon.

If you are reading Wyrd House, enjoy! Feel free to comment with what you think, or with any typos you might find. I’m currently working without a beta reader, which means I get a few oopsies now and then.
